Staff is very friendly and accommodating—when they're available. When payments got flubbed up (nobody's fault), they were good to clean things up for us (such as applying an accidentally doubled payment to the next month). Construction is new (built in the Spring of 2017, I think), but pretty much bare minimum: there is only ONE sheet of wallboard between units (studs are exposed on one side); roofing and joists are exposed—there is no insulation or wallboard covering the ceiling joists. Many sizes of units to choose from. Great location, easy access from the freeway. Managing staff is very nice and easy to work with.
