The guy that was there that worked there was busy in his car and then he was leaving and I stopped him and he was not very helpful and he basically told me that I needed to just go online and do it

I have had a unit for years. The place is secure and clean. While I haven’t need to work with staff often, they are always polite and helpful
How do you rate a storage business? By the way the property is always taken care of. The buildings are secure and good management. It is simple to get into 24/7, and compared to some of the others, very competitive rates. We have had a storage unit for at least 20 years and only one problem in all that time.
