I am not impressed by this business. We settled on a set schedule of bi-weekly for ONE HOUR of cleaning. On a few different occasions, we were charged for more than the hour, and when questioned, the owner claimed his crew felt they needed to "clean longer" to get the job done. This was interesting, considering my husband saw them arrive at times with takeout food, and then use our microwave to heat and eat their food at the end of their cleaning! Recently 100 dollars in 20 dollar bills went missing from my house the day the shore maids came by to clean. The owner of the company, Richie, told me he would ask his staff about it and get to the bottom of it. After ignoring my calls repeatedly he finally called me back almost a week later.
