Nichole did excellent work- trimming the exact amount and cut beautiful curtain bangs just like I requested. Nichole is so sweet, kind and understanding, I will definitely be back!
If I could give this place minus stars I would. My granddaughter went in and all she needed was a root touch up and toned her hair is blonde she came home with grey, pink, purple and I don't even know some kind of rose gold....and this was the night before a big dance at school and then have the nerve to blame it on florescent light and then blame it on her hair ... Your right I wasn't there I just had to hold her as she cried her eyes out. And it's funny my daughter was able to fix it with what she got from Sally's !!!
Called to speak to the owner who I was told does amazing hair ! And I am so sad and disappointed by her employee who answered the phone she was so rude and nasty and when I asked for her name she wouldn’t tell me she then just left me on the line. I asked for the owners email to address the situation and got no response just completely ignored and hung up on.
