The owner went completely above and beyond and out of her way for me. Beautiful store.
There is an older woman named Donna Frank that KEPT butting into my personal conversations! She wouldn't stop! I used to work in a Native American jewelry store and know my stuff. She had the nerve to correct me on anything I said. I asked her about specific artists and she showed me fetishes, had NOTHING to do with the artist. Ask for her to prove it,... read more

A world class gallery of Indigenous arts and crafts.
Great place with beautiful items that are affordable!
Visiting the Shared Blanket was a real treat and a highlight of Durango. We entered because of a beautiful bracelet we saw in the window, and stayed quite a while talking to the owner and browsing. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful, making our several purchases a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend a visit to A Shared Blanket while you are in Durango!
Buyer beware. I know several people who have bought jewelry here that broke. No resolution from the disrespectful owner.
This shop carries the best variety of Native American artwork and well crafted items in Durango. All items are great quality. I have bought drums, dolls, beadwork, Aleut carvings, and a beautiful High Spirits flute. I am so happy with everything I have purchased in this shop. Thank you for being there, Donna.
