By far the worst people to deal with purchase curtains cause they don’t have any in stock and she claims they where special order so no returns, state it wasn’t a special order you didn’t have them in stock and your receipt states refund within 7 days, funny she takes back the other ones but not these. Went in there yesterday to return the other shears and told her about the valances and how convenient that she pulls down the one valance that I was bring back, but had them up the other day. Aleta's no-nonsense style of helping with selection and Richard's decade + experience in custom cutting shades and installing both shades and sheers couldn't be better! Imagine, visit store, get sound advice on what's needed and what's possible, schedule installation, Richard shows up with right tools and hardware and it's done! I am so glad I went into this store. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, I was given great advice about what would be best for my type of Windows. I was given an appt. within a few days, and the owner himself showed up on time (I live in Ipswich which is a bit of a drive from Gloucester) and was very helpful and patient with my questions and he took the time to measure not only the Windows he came for, but also other Windows in my house. I feel that I need to write a positive review to counterbalance the one review on here where someone had a negative experience. I am not speaking of their experience, but I will talk about my own multiple positive experiences with this store. I have purchased curtains from them multiple times, and have found the employees to be very polite.
