Larry and Jhavi installed 2 new toilets and replaced my kitchen sink and faucet. They were great!!! Respectful of me, my house and even my dogs. They did a terrific job and I’m so pleased with everything. Larry is my go-to guy for any plumbing needs.👍👍
Empty and inspect septic multiple times with them in 20 years we owned home. Come time to sell they know they have you over a barrel. Where are you moving to? Don't answer that question, especially if out of their customer area. Suddenly, your perfectly working septic that they've serviced all this time and has passed the previous inspections has this problem that needs to be fixed to get cert for the sale. We had problems with a slow drain field. We had our septic tank pumped and they tested the drain field and found it to not be draining at all. We knew it was slow. Chris recommended we have an assessment with a camera. We did and they discovered a blockage. Jason came back the next day and ran a water jet into the drainage pipes and cleared it up. Deserves ZERO stars for their overpriced plumbing and electrical services. Construction part of the company is fine but still quite pricey. They installed a new water filtration system but piped the backwash hose into my septic system which caused me $20k+ in an insurance claim! I had to replace the backwash hosing, carpets and hardwood flooring!!Don't be fooled by their ads, lies or misleading statements. There are much better companies that provide the same services who are honest and don't prey on the elderly like A+ does... read more
