The staff at Aserene cared for our beloved sister for six months. The loving care she received from the entire staff was above anything we ever expected. We don’t have words to express our gratitude so we can only highly recommend this company to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.
Do not work for these people. Not only are they NOT HIPPA COMPLIANT THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES AND ARE FAMILY OWNED! So when there is family there is no HR department. I spoke up regarding issues and the offices and I was retaliated against. The turnover here is astronomical. They have to continue to take out loans and will skim ppl on payroll. My company provided respite services for A serene healthcare services and has not been compensated for services rendered. We have called numerous times and contacted them by email. We were told someone would reach out. Alton Ferguson has yet to contact us. Every time we have called, we are simply told someone will reach out. We provided respite services back in the first week of May.
