I recently attempted to rent a unit at Storage One in Lennon, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The automated system made it seem like everything could be handled online, but that was not the case. I Stored My 2005 Roush Mustang In This Facility For The Winter It's The Worst Place I've Ever Stored My Car The Units Have No Ventilation And Instead Of My Car Be Stored And Dry It Was Covered With So Much Moisture That My Car Cover Was Wet And Moisture Was Dripping Off The Bottom Of My Car It Was Disgusting To Pay To Keep It Out Of The Weather And Have That Happen To My Car Totally Ridiculous 🤬

I had a great experience with Storage One Facility. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. The rental process was simple and efficient, and access to my unit has been convenient every time I visit. Best overall. Cant say enough good things . The staff is kind and helpful. I locked myself out and called at 1130 pm and they opened the gate. This place is the best storage ive ever used. Was extremely clean. 24 hour access. And they are always there to help. Clean , great value, excellent staff. Dont go anywhere else.
