I didnt receive notice that the storage was sold to new company. I got a txt that my things are going to be put to auction and ive tried to pay and I can't pay. Went in to their web page and it won't accept my payment. I have all my sons things in that storage and im so scared to loose all of it all because we dont have a number to call
For the last several days I have tried to sort out what’s going on but it appears this company/facility has been sold and the only contact number I can find for help is a French voicemail. The other numbers that once took you to the office are now directed to NW Storage but the new company appears to be NSA storage. Autopay has been ended, I can’t speak to anyone, and my login is no longer working online. I’m not sure what to do but maybe get my things out of there. I never received any advanced notice So frustrating!!!!!

I have had a great experience here so far, I've been renting a storage unit here for about the past 5 months and have had no problems. The prices are cheaper than other storage places here, the person who runs the place is kind and helpful and I'm glad I went with this place
