Responded quickly and provided good service. The only negative was that I was quoted one price over the phone and another price at the end of the job. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

They showed up at noon for my 10 am, they were very nice and efficient. I'm happy with the work but felt like I paid more then I should have. My estimate based upon what I needed done was $100-$250 and I was charged $370.

Changed my front door window glass. They installed the glass when they said they would but then told me i was responsible for some kind of seel that locks it in. I was lookjng for a complete job... also i had to contact them to find out when they were coming they never to contacted me.

The men did great work and did not waste any time doing the job. My only discouragement was that they did not have a receipt to give me.

I had a guy from Smooth Sliders do a horrible job and when these two guys from A SEEL GLASS came they fixed my door perfectly. I am a very happy customer.

Would have preferred they send someone authorized to give estimate in person instead of having to do it with owner thru the phone. It's not how I do business. Also, owner initially didn't want to give any discount at all. I didn't find this to be very business-friendly, especially for a first time customer. The work was done well. I am satisfied with how smoothly the door glides. However, I do need to call them back as the lock set they installed isn't locking.

These people came in to change the rollers on an immense patio door that I was struggling to open and close. They also installed a handle to facilitate opening and closing. Good job! Now it glides smoothly!
