Came immediatly on Friday, said would return Tuesday with glass. Called them and was told Friday they would come. On Friday they showed up with wrong size glass. Put glass in following Wednesday. When he took out old glass some he dropped out the window. This he did not pick up. I had to clean up my patio. This was tempered glass so it was alot of small pieces. He did not take the window out to replace the glass. Frustrating experience. They had great ratings, that is why I picked them. Pat

We needed an honest opinion if we needed to replace windows besides fixing two broken glasses in the home. That did come fast and accommodated the schedule well but at arrival the tech said they couldnt evaluate until after changing the windows. charged for replacing the glass to only mention after he finished that I did need to replace the windows. I felt tricked and they felt shady, would rather not do business with them again.
