I have a client of SOH for three years I would continue but employment took me out of state. Sandy also was good about coming to you for what I needed even tried telehealth but just wasn’t my cup of tea. Her counseling has increased with DBT service that I got to learn more techniques of how to deal with life. I would go back in a heart beat if I go back to Michigan. Her associates are just as good.
Sandy was a great listener, and taught me many tools to use throughout life and in challenging situations! Would 100% recommend her!

After meeting with Sandy, a woman who treated me as though I was family, and establishing a plan for my future, she helped me regain control of my life and enabled me to exercise positive coping mechanisms that quickly provided a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Having been to many therapists prior, I am happy to say A Seed Of Hope changed my life for the better, and Sandy will forever remain someone I can trust. Thank you Sandy!!!
Been seeing sandy on and off for years! Not only at seed of hope but two other places she worked at before! I refuse to see any other therapist! Sandy truly cares about everyone of her patients and has helped me learn coping skills to get through some super hard times! Her classes are interesting and very helpful! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
