10/10 would absolutely recommend Kelly and Secret Garden! After my initial floral order was cancelled the day of scheduled delivery by another shop, I called Secret garden in a panic! They were able to assist in designing a beautiful custom arrangement via the telephone. DAughters from out of state ordered Mothers Day bouquet from Secret Garden on line ~ even though they thought it was through Christensen Florist ~ they have often used Christensen Florist and I have always been thrilled ~ May 10th 2020 was not the case with flowers from Secret Garden ~ hesitated to telll my girls how sad they looked cuz their hearts were in the right place ~ flowers were actually quite pitiful and just not good looking and the one tulip that stood high above the other little flowers looked weird ~ just did n... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Two of my friends and I ordered sympathy flowers in memory of the mother of one of our best friends (we've been friends for over 30 years). I won't go into the extensive time and effort spent trying to be sure our flowers would be delivered as described and on time, as it would have been well worth it if we had received the item we ordered- the "Magnificent Life Spray." I was pretty disappointed in the flowers I received. They were pretty, but looked nothing like the picture of the ones I ordered online. I had placed my order more than two weeks in advance so there’s no reason they shouldn’t have had what I ordered in stock.

I made an order around 10pm on line and the process was so quick and easy. I called and verified the next morning and they had already arranged and delivered the beautiful basket I had ordered. Customer service was absolutely top of the line. I am so pleased. Will definitely use them again.
