After doing my research about a appliance repair company I decided to use “A Same Day Appliance Repair”. The first interaction with the technician Kenny went great. He quoted to replace the defrost system including a couple parts that needed to be replaced which was completely acceptable. The parts came in quickly, he came out on 12/27/22 to install the order parts. I was satisfied with the service. Very nice and professional. Upfront with all possible costs for the repair and they only replaced what needed fixed. Will 100% use this company again and have already recommended them to family if they need appliance repair.
