I have been shopping around for the last 5 or so haircuts for that amazing-never-go-anywhere-else relationship that I had with my previous stylist before I moved. Angela is Ah-Mazing! Honestly I was pretty appalled by how I was treated by Meaghan. I was a new customer to her salon and thought it was going to be a good experience based on previous reviews. I felt like she was very harsh and quick with with me. I tried to explain to her what I would like to have done with my hair prior to foiling and and she barely gave me the time of day. Best Choice for Color and Highlights – If you are interested in getting amazing color and highlights along with a trendy, fun hairstyle I highly reccomend Meaghan and Altitude Salon. So, so sad...used to love it here. I feel really confused and upset. A multitude of issues during my last visit...including, but not limited to, bangs so short I cannot currently leave the house without crying:(), left me feeling very surprised, as this is my biggest fear...and one fully known by my stylist. Just tried Altitude out for the first time-- I was looking for a new stylist because my old one kept jacking up her prices and was in an inconvenient location. I took a couple of risks: it was my first time having my hair professionally colored and as for the cut, I just told Laura to do pretty much what she wanted with it. And I have to say, I'm VERY pleased. I wanted my hair pretty much black (whereas I am normally a dark brunette), and she did the color really well so that it looks substantially darker but not unnatural. ... read more
I just moved to the area and found Altitude Salon through others recommendations on this site and others. I saw Laura today, she was not only down to earth and easy to talk to, but she did an amazing job on my hair. I really love my hair, my highlights and lowlights blend great together and I got the more natural look I was going for! I would highly recommend Laura and Altitude to you!! Fun, great value, and great service! This suburban salon has a very urban attitude. Altitude is easily one of the best values in the west Denver area. I was introduced to this salon by my sweetheart 3 years ago and have enjoyed coming for men's haircuts ever since. And the crazy thing is, you will pay much less here than in one of Denver's pricier neighborhood, for the same or better service. Wow!
