I helped my daughter move her things from this storage unit. The unit was cleared out on 09/01/23. the worker from the storage facility came over to the unit got the keys and said they were good to go. She was charged 10/01/23 for another month of storage. When she called the owner stated he will look at the storage unit would give her a refund. He called her back approximately 8 mins later and stated the unit was full of trash. The storage units themselves are fine. My biggest issue with this place is that it’s advertised as being 24/7 but the owner makes it inaccessible between 1-3 AM. The gate never works between those hours, it gives you an error code. I chose this business because I work nights and it’s common for me to need access in the early morning hours. This is something I would love to be fixed!
