Never spoke to anyone in person. Went to office twice and no one was there. Rented unit online. When we opened door to unit previous tenant left behind old broke dressser, old rugs, bag of old clothing and shoes. Never was able to speak to anyone. I left a message on answering machine and haven't heard back from anyone. Pulled out items and left them outside unit.
I’ve been a customer for quite some time now I never had an issue until Terrie came along. She’s unprofessional, rude, and lacks customer service. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I’m also considering taking my business elsewhere.
