For the most part, was very easy to rent online and in person,but some of the steps were a bit confusing. However, the staff at my current location has been wonderful and helpful!

So I just wanna let everybody know that the storage sense unit over here in North Cape May is the best unit that I’ve actually had. I would recommend it to anybody. The staff there from the store manager to the assistant manager are really helpful and actually help you and show you the units if you want to switch from one unit to another And I would recommend any storage size for this storage unit on Bayshore Road so stop by and come and see the store manager she is the assistant manager is really cool
Terrible. No customer service. I couldn’t get anyone to call me to resolve my issues. I moved out.
