Big shout out to Dixie, Jaz, John, Ray, Janell and the other staff members. They were all so wonderful and patient with my children. From Teaching them life skills, manners, time management, doing homework and the importance of hygiene. Helping them with self esteem or just being there to listen to them. Dixie and Jazz did a phenomenal job with caring for me in a time that I needed it the most. Dixie informed me about ways to treat my injuries and left me with knowledge to feel more secure moving forward. They were patient and well mannered. Thank you and I will definitely see you all soon!!
This team is wonderful. Over the last 18 months, Dixie and Rachel provided private care for my 87 year old friend at two different locations. I was her P.O.A. and Trustee for the entire time, and they always kept me informed of any changes. Most important, they gave her care, but also friendship and she loved them. I have worked with several private agencies and Safe Haven is by far the best.
