Got a 10x20 building from them this past week. 1. they said the sticker price was the wrong price so we had to pay about 100 more then sticker price. They did give us free block however we didnt need much so we lost money there since block is only $3 each. 2. They kept rescheduling our appointment because the driver was sick but as soon as I said we were going to get our money back and go else were it was delivered next day. We have purchased two buildings from A & S and were very pleased all way round.
Nice people and lots to choose from.
We have a problem with a large building we bought from them, and they delivered. One of the boards was bowing, one the outside, only had it about 8 months, when we addressed the issue in person, we were told we had to contact the manufacturer. We got the " it's not our problem" speach. You have to jump thru hoops, to get anything fixed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE: 3 phone calls, after this review was posted, they finally sent someone out to fix the boards.
