Great service ! We have had Heather come out several times to “fix things” and she has always been very professional and knowledgeable and we appreciate the quick service! Thank you A&S!
We called A & S Mechanical Heating & Cooling Inc to diagnose an issue with our HVAC. While the technician was polite and did provide a diagnosis, the billing was very disappointing. We were told it would be $120 just for them to show up, but then received a $200-something bill without any clear explanation of the extra charge. No repair work was done—ONLY the diagnosis. Heat pump Unit installed 2021. 2nd year add freon possible leak $600.00, can't find by A & S, 3rd yr add more freon possible leak can't find , 4th year only 3 lb freon found in unit by another Co. $1000. 00 of freon, . Advised by new business to have a new system installed 8/15/25-- talked with A&S about concerns. Angela was very understanding and offered to have a service tech to come to check on the unit. Had the best experience! We unfortunately lost central air during a heat wave, but Bonnie and Heather were able to coordinate a same day visit! Due to the complexity of the unit and obtaining parts, it took a week or so to fix. Bonnie even was able to determine that we were still under warranty from the homes previous owners!!! The communication and speed to which they worked with me was top notch! Highly recommend and have asked that they be our routine service company!
