A&S helped us out of a jam when we broke a torsion spring on our door. Older springs can snap any time and even with one still working it really makes life a hassle and the door much heavier. One of the tracks of my garage door was damaged by accident on Saturday night. Called A & S early Sunday morning (one of few repair firms opened Sundays.) The office manager asked me for details of the damage, gave me a quote that sounded reasonable and asked me when I would like his technicians to come over. The two techs called me 20 minutes before the appointed time to imform me that they might be 10 minutes late, which would be fine with me simce they had the courtesy to call.
