Think Randy is an ass**** he needs to learn about customer service
I've only visited for parts. Each time, the staff members have been very generous with the attention and level of service offered to me.
Trust me when I say I have done a lot of business with A&S. I mean A LOT of business. Harrison is not only the sales person I've bought the most bikes from in my life (I'm pretty sure we lost count) but I also call him a friend. Wether it is Clinton in service or Randy the general manager, everyone there is not only professional but they are friendly as well. In my many years (12+) of doing business with them, they have never hesitated to put my needs first.
Do you guys work on vintage bikes.
