I would not recommend AS&A — we’ve had too many bad properly managers and multiple dishonesty issues over the years,. We mainly hired AS&A years ago because they were cheaper, so you get what you pay for. And you know something is wrong when a number of solid owners start talking about a class-action lawsuit — and a good number are willing to contribute. .
