I joined Dr. Caride's concierge practice at UM, but left after several disappointing experiences. He has a warm, friendly manner but, at least in my experience, really didn't follow-through. When you pay the 4k annual fee to join, they promise 24/7 access to the Drs. I didn't expect immediate replies but had to wait 4 days for basic medication refill requests and needed to send several follow-up reminders.
