Absolutely horrible . Typical chop shop. As a licensed nail tech I knew better but I was being lazy and didn’t want to do my own nails . Came in for a soak off and waited 45 minutes. The lady insisted I get a manicure and I politely declined multiple times she then proceeded to cut the nails down with clippers which is typical and then grabbed a nail tip to pry my nails off . Would not recommend going here. A friend went here who is inexperienced with getting her nails done, so she didn't know what came next was wrong. During her service of getting gel with tips, she experienced pain during drying because the heat was too high. She asked if it was normal, they said "Yes, it's fine!" You should never experience pain during a nail service. That is not normal. First red flag. I originally got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and acrylic on one of the toes to fix my nail that broke. I haven’t come here in years. For my toes and manicure it was $85.00 not a problem but it looked like I had my nails done for over a week of growth and o did t notice till I got home called spoke with Ethan who apologized and was super sweet told me to come back Monday or Tuesday I came in Tuesday.
