He was expensive, but worth every penny. He showed up when he said he would, In a little over an hour, he unclogged a shower drain, adjusted our water pressure to go higher, raised the temperature in our water heater, and gave me an estimate to put in a garbage disposal. He also told me I didn't need a water filter because the water in Waynesville is very good and we can drink from the faucet.
Severe damage to new custom cabinets. Installed a faucet backward. Incomplete installation. Wanted to charge to come back to finish active leak left by Jared and to complete a project that should have taken only 4 hours. They charge $89 just to give an estimate. The father Bob was recommended to me but if Jared (the son) shows up, turn him away!

First of all the owner said it was the Cabinet man whom he hired that ruined the measurements for the sink. The $89.00. Went towards the bill . It would have taken less time , Jared had to wait for your cabinet man to refigure their measurements.
Plumbers are very expensive. This company is no exception. But that doesn't mean the work was not worth it. They communicated well, they were up front with the impending costs, and they didn't pressure me to continue with them. Once they started, they used smoke (not a camera) to locate the break. They ended up finding and fixing 3 problems that were causing the sewer odor.
