I concur with the patient who spoke about billing. I was seen in 2016 as I write this now (January 2020) I received a call from a Collection company(Transworld) stating I have an outstanding debt from this office. The fact that the bill was not sent my insurance is beyond me and to make matters worse is I no longer have that carrier. Thank God for Dave Ramsey, I have enough in my savings to afford it but what about the person who lives paycheck to paycheck 🤔

This is the worst place when it comes to honoring appointments. They let you wait for an hour before calling you. Please avoid if you respect your time.

Staff are very rude and nasty , they'll have you waiting for 2hrs before you get to see doctor. Once you see them and tell them what hurts they just gonna tell you well your xrays look ok . Dnt go they dont listen to your concerns at all .

The doctor that I saw was really nice, I had extreme pain in my wrist. They took x-rays and gave me a splint. The issue I have is they billed me not my insurance. I called they spoke with my insurance and they had to send a proper invoice. It is now two years later and I just received a letter from collections saying I never paid. Very unprofessional and lowering my credit score right before trying to get a house.
