I’ve been using A. Ross tax for years and the last couple of years the communication has gotten worse and worse. Then this year happened. We submitted our tax documents in February/early March. When we called to check in her son would say “you should be this week” for weeks that was the case. We explained we were buying a home this year so our taxes needed to be done. They assured us they’d be done but due to “family issues” an extension was needed to be filed to give Alecia more time. THEN THEY TRIED TO BILL ME FOR THE EXTE... read more
