I can't give enough praise to this awesome crew. We had plumbing issues for over year and had two other plumbers come out who didn't have the experience or proper equipment to get it solved for good. Finally got to a point where our toilet backed up in our shower that would take half a day to drain and couldn't use our toilet for days. Tried some other plumbers but nobody would come, and if you've dealt with Tahoe plumbers you know they love flaking, or if they're good are unavailable for weeks. Ralph is awesome! He went out of his way on a stormy Saturday to make sure our renters plumbing issue was taken care of promptly. Ralph is a straight shooter and recommends what is best for his client. We trust and highly recommend this company and it’s services. Thank you soooo much! Great plumbers and excellent service! These guys got out to my place quick and took care of the problem. I used to reach out to plumbers in Reno but realized that Rooter-Man here is local to Tahoe/Truckee so I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a plumber in the area. Thanks again guys!

Called Rooter-man because my home warranty company was having trouble locating a septic clean-out person so they tasked me to find someone. After calling around Rooter man said they could do it in the time frame we needed it done. They quoted me $575.00 - $700.00 for septic clean-out. Than before even going to property they decided to double the cost to $1550! They had no good reason for this price gouging. It was my job to find a plumber for our problems we had in our family cabin in Truckee. I filtered through a couple companies before I finally landed on Rooter-man and couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. Very friendly staff and the technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable.
