Updated Sept 2024: Once again, A÷ was A+! Called one morning after hearing a drip during a rain storm. Within minutes someone is here. Turns out there was a hole in the roof from likely a tree hit. He ran to get supplies and within a few hours, the hole is fixed and the leak stopped! Communication is great, even followed up after next rainfall to be sure there was no more dripping. Had them come over to give me a quote on a leaky spot in my roof. They tried to hard sell me a whole new roof. Two other roof companies I had inspect the roof estimated I had 15+ years left on my roof life. Did not appreciate the attempt to upsell me unnecessarily (like an $18,000 upsell... not cool).
