I wanted to share my experience with Twin Improvements regarding a new roof and gutters. I called Chris based on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. I knew that our roof probably needed to be replaced based on some recent incidents like shingles popping off during a recent storm and a leak in one of the bathrooms coming from the exhaust fan. Twin Improvements is reliable, punctual and provides a great service. Had a new roof installed in May 2026, had at least three thunderstorms and everything has been great!

Chris and twin improvements staff are responsive and listened to our concerns. He also did a good job communicating with the insurance adjuster to address our roof and gutter damage. Great company to work with professional and lots of good follow through.
