Modern Day Slum Lords – Do not do rent from Roberts, they do not care for their tenets and they lack basic communication skills like calling you back, or sending someone to fix problem. They recently were forwarding all emergency calls to their "Maintenance Guy" for lack of a better while he was on vacation for 4 MONTHS. Needless to say I never heard back from the maintenance guy.
