BIG MISTAKE !! I just find out that I'm not the only one , IF you check other reviews are the same. I neighbor ask me to take her aunt to the Dr .her appointment was at 11:30 am and she left the office at 2;20 pm . When I entered the office to see what was happening because the lady didn't come out , the staff doesn't care the lobby is to small for all this sick 😷 people coughing all over each other's. I would like to thank Dr. Huseyin and the entire team for their smiling faces and good treatment.
Nice doctor but the staff are a Joke !!!!! There are there to mile hours and be puppets. Really does not have control of the front of the office/practice. If you schedule you will have to make sure you do not have anything to do that day because it could be all day that you will be there. If you really have to see him fine but if you like to work with professional people that knows how to run the office Go find another Doctors office Have people waiting 2-3 hours horrible nurses . Dr. Dogan is very helpful and kind. He has given great care to my health with immediate help and incredible follow-up. I highly recommend becoming his patient!
My urine sample was lost. And when I came back the recepcionist wanted me to pay one more time . The doctor had told me just to come back because he could not help me. Finally i left the office feeling very bad. I do not recommend this place.
