Get everything in writing......the deal was remove the stucco, patch/paint including baseboards, do a little caulking and hang a light. The caulking was not done at all, the paint job was horrible (no patching done on the holes on my walls, lines were bad, did not remove the light switch plates, did not paint the door frames, you can still see places where the old color is coming through, and left the shelves in my closet unpainted), he did not remove the ceiling fan when he removed the stucco and left mounds of dust on top ... read more
