i am currently a patient there but im seriously thinking about changing. the nurses there never call back and i have been trying to get in with my psychiatrist but i have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to try and get new meds. the staff there arent understanding of anyones situation and i worry about somebody in worse situation who desperatly needs to be seen by anyone there but cant because of the wait time or lack of a call back by a nurse. i do not recommend this place, there is much better out there with people who will respect yo... read more

The right close time would be nice so people don’t drive 30 minutes while they’re open just to walk up to a locked door. Google says 4, door says 5 (I walked up at 4:45), their own personal website said 5:30 for the day I came in. I worked at a drug testing facility and a non dot pre employment takes maybe 10 minutes. They definitely could’ve taken me, but my first experience was not a good one.

If you choose to go here for your court ordered drug program I would not waste my time they're unorganized, computers are always down or something. There are a few staff members who are rude and show favoritism, very unprofessional. One doctor named Dr. ANITA even told my friend to go kill herself cause she's an addict, shame, shame, shame. Receptionists and nurses are the nicest besides 2 of their prescribing doctors.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They had the bright idea to recommend my fiancé flat out leave for a month without saying a word to me and no contact.... what kinda place recommends that. Especially for someone who has been sober for going on 5 months and is doing sooooo much better. Nothing more than a plot to make more money for the government. The supervisor nurse when i went to go do a drug screen was very rude i mean very rude talk to people very unprofessional they need a overhaul on they staff
