Terry has been a huge help the past couple days of having a leaking water heater! I, unfortunately, could not have him fix it due to me having to go through my rental managements "maintenance", but I would absolutely trust his work and word on any plumbing needs. He provided me help through the phone and really put my mind at ease in a stressful situation when no one else could. 10/10!
