First time using this imaging service. Very impressed, I was checked in right away, I waited less than five minutes to have the images taken. Copies of the images were made on sight and given to me within a few minutes after completion. The facility was very clean, everyone I spoke to was courteous and very professional.
I showed up at 4:30, there must have been 30 people in the waiting room. The person at reception sail it would probably be 90 minutes and they closed at 5pm. I didn’t want to make the staff work longer but they asked to see my paperwork and said they would book me. They even allowed me to sit in my car where it was more comfortable and they called my phone when they needed me for D-rays.
Well I just walked in and went to the desk and the nice lady asked me if I had an appointment, I said “NO” and then she said that I needed to go to em 105 bro register for an appointment! Now I had been there ib the past and that wasn’t how they did things! Who ever came up with that idea should be promoted and g em a raise ! In today’s world one needs to think in their feet!
