We had a home inspection scheduled and we couldn't proceed during to actions outside of our control. We were told Hank the owner would perform the next inspection himsleft to ensure a timely and uninterrupted procedure. We received one or two emails from Teresa, but are met with no response or action to resolve the current agreement we made over the phone. I highly recommend having Radiant Property Inspection do your home inspection. Leonel was our home inspector today, and he completed a full inspection, 4 point, and wind mitigation. Not only was he kind, professional, and punctual, but he extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of our questions and caught things we would have never noticed on our own. These guys are excellent at what they do. Great pricing and super competent.
My only complaint is that they were TOO good. They found so many things wrong with the house I didn’t end up buying it!
