This is the most courteous tire shop I have ever used. They always make concessions for my schedule and find the lowest price for tires. They treat me like family. I wouldn't buy tires any where else.
This place is a joke! Watch them like a hawk while they're working on your vehicle. Told them numerous times which tire had the nail, told me I told them the wrong tire when clearly I think I know which one of my tires has a nail in it. Was hung up on and was charged 25$ for nothing! It is NOT good customer service when you make the customer feel crazy and basically call them a liar and then hang up on them. Will never be back!
I had the mighty F-150 in last week for a new set of tires and battery. Nice folks, good prices, and good quality work. I heartily recommend A & R!
