Absolutely ridiculous. We had a bad experience with them taking forever to ship, and eventually not sending everything we ordered a couple of years ago. I cooled off after awhile, and figured we'd give it one more shot... NOPE. 2 months later nothing has shipped, nobody answers when I call, and I can't request a refund through their system. I should have left this review the first time, but I realize that things happen sometimes... fool me twice I guess.
placed order with them on 7/23/2020 have not received order. have tried to call no one will answer voice-mail is full.
My employee called them twice and the gentleman answered both times when the sell was taking place. Once he purchased the item, he said about two days for shipping. Two business days came and went and no package, then another Another. My employee than called a few times with no success. After the transaction was completed they seemed to have dropped off the face of earth for such a weird amount of money. I then called with the same results of a voicemail that is full.
