Used this company after a hail storm. Evidentially they couldn’t tell good from bad decking. Two years later and I have a leaking roof. Called and called and they were real nice on the phone but NEVER would come take a look. All they ever said was if the decking was bad we would’ve changed it. Once a quality roofer came over and removed decking he verified there’s no way the decking would look that bad after two years. It was the original decking from 1963. Do not recommend this company, they don’t stand behind their work.
Avoid like the plague. Will not honor any warranty work after a year. Bad business
After calling around and checking A LOT of Google reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews I decided to use A-R Roofing. The price was very competitive, April and the other ladies that I talked to were super nice and very easy to get ahold of. I requested multiple quotes with many different scenarios and at no time did they act like I was bothering them.
