Service was good. Terri the dispatcher is extremely rude and condescending. When you call her out on it she becomes intentionally ignorant and will repeat back a made up address just to be childish. She has zero accountability for her behavior and clearly her behavior is something that is tolerated and has never been corrected by the owner. Owner should be ashamed to have someone like that representing their company.
