Called to schedule an appointment for an estimate for fencing. Alex texted a few hours later and said he could come the next day at 3:30 and I confirmed. The following day, he texted and asked if could come the following morning because he would be unable to keep appointment. We set a new appointment for the following morning at 8 am. I waited until 9:08 to check in and see if he was still coming, as he never showed up. There was no response and I’ve heard nothing since.

Our inspector, Ray, was really great to work with. I am honestly surprised at some of the negative reviews here, maybe they don't understand the scope of a home inspection, but Ray was professional and to the point. He made some recommendations on what to really press the seller to fix and other things that might be a problem down the line. We are thankful for his recommendations and his free reinspection as we close in the next week.

Horrible. They left the covers to our evaporative cover loose. That evening, the winds rattled the covers. I got on the roof to fix them and unfortunately fell. I had a compound fracture of my arm.

My house roof leaked within 4 to 5 weeks after closing and the ceiling caved in. The notes in his report about the roof said " low spots on roof". No mention or warning of any kind to not buy the house! No GFCI, no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, no hood/ventilation for the range stove. And a dangling ceiling fan, which is the very first thing we had to replace immediately. I called them. The guy listened respectfully and denied any responsibility. Bought a house less than 4 months and found out my electrical wasn’t up to code. The wiring was burnt up in the electrical box. No gfci outlets in bathroom or kitchen. Water damage in laundry room. Stated things worked that didn’t even exist in my house such as garbage disposal. You can tell it was a copy and pasted previous report. I highly suggest using someone else unless you like spending a lot of your own money to hire someone competent to do the work they missed. Going to report to BBB.
