Previously left a review for A&R communities, but their google review profile has been removed.. isn't that convenient. Thankfully we dodged a bullet by getting out of the contract before closing on the house with them. Our home inspector saved us and I recommend having your house inspected by professional before closing.
My fiancé and I used this company to build our dream home. It has been nothing but a nightmare. We were forced to close before repairs had been made due to being charged $100 per diem. One thousand dollars later empty promises were not kept and WE as new homeowners were left to rehang doors so they would close and touch up paint left from contractors that nailed holes in the wall where there weren’t studs.
