Awesome customer service! I had to place a call on Friday, July 4th & received a call back 1sr thing Saturday morning. Since my unit appeared to be ok, they had a Service Tech come out 1st thing Monday morning for a cleaning & check. Jamie was great & told me about the service plan, which I just signed up for.
