Great company. Once my home warranty company got them assigned, they called us immediately, were out at our place the very next day, ordered parts same day and had us fixed and up and running within a week.
We have received services from A&R for a few years now. They're well priced and the staff from office to the technicians are super nice. I do an annual care plan to have our swamp cooler serviced spring and fall. We feel comfortable and confident that our machine is well maintained. Super grateful for local Redding company that have consistently been kind from office staff to technicians. I appreciate the communication and reminders as well.Thanks
