I went to the AR Choice portal to request help with painting caulk on my recently installed windows. The office was very prompt in getting the maintenance person out next day to look at the job. The job is not complete yet but ARC is "on it".
The women who answers the phone is extremely rude and should not be dealing with the public. She needs to be taught phone etiquette.
