cannot say enough good things about rise services. Bringing my 2-year-old here was the best decision we made. From day one, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We’ve seen a huge jump in confidence and speech. Thank you for everything you do!
Zero warning that they are dropping my brother as a client due to "budget cuts." No buffer period while they find a new company to take over his care. No warning to his caregiver, who has been working with him and RISE since the A&R days over 10 years ago. They've always been disorganized, and I can't say we are sad to go, but I wish it had been with more warning. edit: luckily the person who contacted us was mistaken about the effective date and he is covered until October. I don't recommend this company. I would've given it zero stars. But... Behind the scenes is just horrific. The higher ups are screwing staff over; my boyfriend who is a client of the company kept having his staff screwed over or worse by the higher ups. I am not very happy along with him... This is just unacceptable; his favorite staff from what I've heard may have been forced to quit... I don't know why they're doing this, but it's making everything a living hell for my boyfriend. Please change it
Amazing place to work. I have many fond memories of working here. The clients and staff are amazing people that I will remember forever.
